What data we collect from you, how we use it, and what we absolutely do not do. Current as of September 19, 2026.

The quote tool

The quote form requests your gender, date of birth, how you rate your health, tobacco use, coverage amount desired, and term length. These answers route to a quoting platform run by the carriers in order to fetch rates, and are not kept by this website. Names, home addresses, phone numbers and email are never collected just to show quotes. Identical requests made within a short window may be served from a temporary cache to avoid calling the quoting service repeatedly.

Applying

Should you choose to apply, your answers go into a secure application managed by the carriers' platform, and you accept that platform's own privacy terms from that point. Applications are processed by Susman Insurance Agency, a California-licensed insurance agency (License 0B75129).

The contact form

The contact form gathers your name, email address, an optional phone number, how you'd like us to get back to you, a subject line, and your message. Susman Insurance Agency receives it by email; your email address becomes the reply-to address. The site retains no copy of submitted messages, does not maintain a database of contact submissions, and keeps no log of message contents. A lightweight anti-abuse check runs in your web browser before transmission.

Measurement

We track visits to pages using cookieless, first-party analytics served from this domain. No cookies or device identifiers are stored; the last two octets of your IP address are removed before storage; query strings from referring pages are stripped; raw access logs are destroyed after 90 days. Browsers flagged with Do Not Track or sending Global Privacy Control signals are not counted at all.

What we do not do

We do not buy or trade personal information, deploy advertising tracking pixels, or embed third party analytics on this site. The only outside code is the carriers' application platform, which loads only when you navigate to the apply page.
