Monthly premium is what the carrier will charge each month for the death benefit, term, and health tier you selected, payable monthly. Rate class identifies the underwriting tier assumed in the quote; the carrier confirms the real class after underwriting. Exam indicates whether the carrier will need a paramedic exam; many accelerated programs skip this step for eligible applicants. A.M. Best shows the carrier's financial strength rating.
